No problem. You don't care? You really want that whiteboard and I'm just a pee-on? OK into the closet it goes. Can I move the thermostat? Technically yes but they are engineered to be there or else your area will be too cold or too hot. Too much light? I'll take a tube or two out for you, so you don't try standing on your office chair with rollers and do it yourself. Not enough light? I'll put in higher cal bulbs or add a fixture. The "lamp" is actually a projector monitor, there are thousands of types of bulbs so I'll order one just for you. But yes I can hook up a trending meter just for you. The computer broke because it was old, and they all broke at once because you bought them all roughly around the same time, not because of an errant voltage spike or frequency issue. The lights were off in the room because there was another switch they didn't see - covered with a motivational poster. The computers wouldn't turn on because they were unplugged.
